I recently made this website known publicly. It had been published for a few weeks but I had not been advertising its existence. Labor Day weekend I changed that and it sparked conversations. One of those conversations inspired this post so, thank you Kara.
Life is full of challenges. I believe the measure of a person is how we face those challenges. Do we face them head on with a good attitude? Or do we lie down in the face of adversity and let life run us over? Personally, I choose the first. My medical adversities are nothing more than one of life’s challenges. I believe our best outcomes for medical challenges are achieved through positivity and being proactive in our care. So I know my best approach mentally is to stay positive and be proactive in my medical care.
I know there are people out there who have it worse than I do and I feel for them and hope beyond all hope that no matter how bad they have it they can approach life’s challenges with positivity and a good attitude. My prayer for each of you reading this is that you are always able to see the good in your life. No matter how dark the clouds there is always light.
